Judge Rudofsky was appointed to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas by President Trump. He previously served as Solicitor General of the state of Arkansas, Assistant General Counsel for Walmart, and Deputy General Counsel of Romney for President. He graduated from Harvard Law School in 2005 and clerked for the Honorable Andrew Kleinfeld on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
